Baby Back Ribs: 

Baby Back Ribs come off of the Pork Loin. Taking this rib off of the Loin will affect the cut of your Pork Loin Roasts or Pork Chops.


Pork Tenderloin: 

Two approximately - 1 lb. each   

 Pork Tenderloin also comes off of the loin.  Removing the tenderloin will affect the cut of your pork chops or

pork loin roast.
