Deer Processing
- Processing fees DO NOT include the price of sausage.
- Full payment on processing is due at the arrival of the deer.
- All sausage MUST be ordered in five pound increments
- Pricing based on finished weight.
- Field dressing NOT offered.
- Williams Brothers has the right to refuse acceptance of any deer.
Additional Information
- PORK ADDED--With the exception of Jerky all sausages and salami are a finished product of half venison meat half pork meat. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please allow up to 6 months (from Jan 1st, 2025) for your sausage to be completed.
- Storage Fees and/or full donation of the product may result if deer sausage not picked up in a timely manner.
- All Venison Meat is batched for sausage making. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All prices subject to change. Call for up-to-date pricing.
- No After-Hours Drop-Off Cooler Available This Year.
